  • What are your online modes of payment?
    You can pay using any of our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported on our website
  • What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?
    Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you. Please check your bank account for the next 10 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at atawdesigns@gmail.com with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order. We will respond to your query as soon as possible
  • How long will my order take for delivery?
    Each and every confirmed order is shipped within 24 - 48 hours’ time from our warehouse. The orders received on Sunday/Holidays are shipped on the next working day, after confirmation. The moment your order is shipped from our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-7 working days for it to be delivered to you, depending on your location.
  • What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?
    Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary.
  • How to return products?
    We offer returns to our customers for all our products. The only condition is that you need to email us on atawdesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request. Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return. Our team will reply back to you with the return process on your email within 48 hours.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.
